We live team spirit

and not only when working on projects. After business hours we often participate in sporting activities or other events together. One highlight is our annual summer event which is attended by everyone from interns to the Chairman of the Board. It is 3 day action-packed program with activities such as rafting, canyoning, rock climbing, or kayaking.

Graduates without or with only a low level of professional experience and purely theoretical functional expertise.

Junior Consultant

Junior Consultants are quickly introduced to the all fields of activity of a consultant. Relevant know-how as well es soft-skills are acquired.
Graduates or consultants with up to three years of relevant professional experience.


Consultants are quickly introduced to the all fields of activity of a consultant. Relevant know-how as well es soft-skills are acquired and developed.
Consultants with well-founded know-how and consulting experience usually over three years.

Senior Consultant

Senior consultants will receive internal responsibility for their own discipline and will possibly assume their first small management and controlling responsibilities on projects.
Consultants with deep know-how and very good management skills and consulting experience of usually at least six years.


Managers shoulder the responsibility for a team or the expert role for a special area. Managers may shoulder controlling and managerial responsibilities on projects.
Consultants with a high degree of strategic understanding and excellent managerial skills as well as many years of consulting experience.


Partners are responsible for the strategic development and management of ponturo. Partners take on control and management responsibilities on projects.

We value individuality rather than rigid programs. For these four pillars of our career concept for new entrants we count personal interests, strengths, and development potential:

Training on the job

No drawn-out training center – real project work is the best "school". In coordination with our customers, we immediately integrate new entrants into ongoing projects for training. The easiest way to get to know the values and company culture of ponturo is in practice.

Internal coaching

We do not throw anyone into untested waters. You will work alongside experienced employees who will support you in your first few months and act as your coach in case of questions and problems.

Soft skills training

In addition to functional expertise, confident appearance and open, clear communication is everything in the consulting industry. We will therefore bring you up to speed for your job as consultant in two seminars on Presentation and Communication.

Professional training / IT training

Every employee brings a different know-how with him and our branch requires a high degree of specialization. We therefore take care of the development of your functional expertise – from SAP training to accounting knowledge. All required measures are planned and implemented together with you in a constant dialogue, so that you can make a contribution for customers and our company as quickly as possible. The most important thing is that you are passionate about "your" topic!

After completing my studies, I decided to start my career at ponturo. The ideal start for me. Immediate deployment in projects made it possible for me to get to know many new topics and work with customers in the beginning.
