Our story began in 2004 – with four colleagues and a shared idea: to build a consulting firm that combines expertise with a modern working environment and is based on open-mindedness, respect and genuine collaboration.
To this day, transparency, short decision-making processes and collegial cooperation characterize our day-to-day work – and make ponturo what it is: a reliable partner for clients and an appreciative place for employees.

Mark Altmann
After completing my academic career in 1998, I spent several years working as a consultant in the field of SAP Bank Analyzer and on implementation and upgrade projects. In mid-2008, I joined ponturo, initially as a manager and shortly thereafter as a partner. I am head of the competence center Business Technologies, where I am responsible for the strategic development. I am also responsible for our internal IT, including our SAP testing, development, and demo system landscape. In addition to implementation and upgrade projects, my consulting focus currently includes architectural aspects of the SAP system landscape, such as setting up and operating a dual system landscape or connecting cloud-based systems to the on-premises landscape (and vice versa).

After completing my training as a banker, I graduated from Pforzheim University with a degree in business administration.
My professional career began in 1999 in the field of e-commerce. Since 2001, I have been primarily involved in the implementation of SAP systems in the banking sector. Today, my consulting focus is on project management, sustainability, financial reporting, core banking systems, finance and controlling, as well as profitability and performance management.

My professional career started in 2000 with projects in the areas of SAP Core Banking, SAP Bank Analyzer, and reporting at a large German management consultancy.

Peter Meyer
After successfully completing my studies in business informatics at the Technical University of Ilmenau, I started working for a management consultancy in the field of SAP TRM in 2004. This was followed by further projects specializing in SAP CML and CMS and ABAP development. I joined ponturo as a manager in 2016.
Today, my focus is on project management as well as the implementation and maintenance of SAP treasury and loan-related issues at banks and insurance companies.
At ponturo, I am a partner in the competence center Core Solutions, responsible for SAP treasury and internal topic development within SAP core applications.

Since 2001, I have been primarily involved in the implementation of SAP core banking applications at banks and insurance companies. Today, my consulting focus is on project management, the implementation of SAP loan and collateral management, and the design of customized solutions.
