Junior Consultant

As a Junior Consultant, you will quickly be introduced to the consulting role through initial assignments with clients. You will build up relevant expertise and important soft skills through internal and external trainings. During this phase, you will acquire basic theoretical knowledge of relevant IT and specialist topics as well as a deeper understanding of banking or insurance products.

Training on the Job

No boring training center – real project life is the best "school". In consultation with our clients, we integrate you into ongoing projects after a short familiarization phase and accompany your onboarding with targeted professional and technical training.

Internal Coaching

We won't leave you on your own: during the first few months, you will have an experienced colleague at your side who will support you and act as a coach to help you with questions and challenges.

Networking

Every fortnight there is a meeting of the Consultants and Junior Consultants where you can exchange experiences, clarify questions and make valuable contacts with your colleagues right from the start.

Consulting Camp

Our annual Consulting Camp prepares you even better for your work as a management consultant. Over four intensive days, you will gain valuable methodological and soft skills expertise, take part in team building exercises and work on case studies. The camp is rounded off with evening events where you can get to know your colleagues better and exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere.

Consultant

As a consultant, you will take on your first tasks under your own responsibility and work actively in a team on client projects. You will acquire in-depth knowledge of relevant project topics and take on tasks independently, such as tests, customizing or simple conceptual topics. You will also liaise directly with clients and continuously expand your practical experience.

Technical and IT training

We offer you continuous technical and IT-specific training to prepare you specifically for your tasks as a consultant. All necessary measures are planned and implemented in constant dialogue with you. This will enable you to take on more and more responsibility on customer projects and also on internal projects.

IT-Know-how

Working closely with your coach, you will expand your knowledge of the SAP modules or other IT applications relevant to you. Through access to practice-orientated training and participation in internal SAP workshops, you will continuously expand your IT skills.

Certifications

Depending on the project requirements, you will have the opportunity to take part in certification programmes to further expand your knowledge and deepen your expertise.

Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you will take responsibility for your own specialist topic, which you will pass on to your colleagues through workshops and presentations. With your experience, you will develop more complex concepts and implement them successfully for our customers. In addition, you will independently manage and lead small client projects or sub-projects as required

Senior Expert

As a Senior Expert, you have expert knowledge of relevant specialized topics and SAP modules and contribute your in-depth knowledge of banking or insurance products and processes. You are familiar with the basics of project management, including planning and controlling. If necessary, you will take on management and leadership tasks on projects. You will also actively support the training and development of the team and project acquisition.

Manager

As a manager, you will lead your own team and promote both the professional and personal development of your employees. If required, you will manage client projects or sub-projects and supervise your ponturo colleagues. You will also be actively involved in the acquisition of existing and new customers.

Management responsibility and team development

You have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills in a targeted manner and actively support your employees in their development. With individual coaching and specific leadership training, we prepare you optimally for your role as a team leader – including disciplinary responsibility.

Senior Manager

As a Senior Manager, you will bring your many years of management experience to bear both in acquiring and supporting clients and in managing your Competence Center. Internally, you will be responsible for your own team and specifically promote the further development of your employees. If required, you will also manage larger client projects or sub-projects and supervise the ponturo colleagues involved. You will be responsible for acquiring existing and new clients and, if necessary, will also conduct contract negotiations independently. By participating in planning and strategy meetings, you will make a significant contribution to the strategic development of the company.

Tapping into new business areas
