We expect career starters / university graduates to have successfully completed their studies with good grades, a high affinity for IT as well as motivation and interest in IT consulting. Initial experience in the finance or IT sector through internships, vocational training or relevant specializations during your studies is desirable. Previous knowledge of SAP is not required.
We expect young professionals and professionals to have specialist and industry knowledge as well as experience in technical topics relevant to us, e.g. SAP systems.
A very good command of German (at least C1) and a good command of English as well as a willingness to travel are also important.

After receiving your documents, you will receive a written confirmation of receipt from us. As a rule, you will be informed of our decision within 14 days. We will invite all candidates who best fulfill our requirements criteria to a telephone interview or video call. If we are mutually interested, we will then conduct two face-to-face interviews.
In all interviews, we want to understand why you are interested in IT consulting, banking and/or insurance. Show us why you are a good fit for us and for the position you are applying for. You can do this by being well prepared and researching popular websites. Find out about our company and our specializations in advance. Familiarize yourself with the job description in advance and think about which of our Competence Centers you can best contribute your strengths to.
Our office is located in Frankfurt am Main. However, the location plays a subordinate role and you can keep your current place of residence within Germany. A hybrid working model has become firmly established and proven itself with us. This allows us to ensure a good balance between working from home and being on site at the clients' premises or at the ponturo office.
In a typical working week, you will spend four days working for our clients. Your tasks are varied: they range from conceptual work, customizing and IT development to (virtual) meetings with clients and your team.
Fridays are set aside for your personal development. On this day, you will have time for training, workshops or internal events. This keeps you up to date professionally and technically and you are always well informed about what is happening at ponturo and in your Competence Center.
You can find all vacancies for working students on our website. Due to our project-based working methods and client-specific requirements, we are unfortunately unable to offer internships. We can supervise Master's theses in individual cases. Please ask us about this.

Your salary depends on your career level as well as your experience and area of responsibility. It consists of a fixed salary and a variable component. You will also receive additional benefits in the form of supplementary insurance, childcare allowance and other benefits.
