Under S/4HANA, the integrated object and collateral management of SAP CML is no longer available. Instead, with the Collateral Management System (CMS), SAP offers a solution that comprehensively fulfils the requirements of modern collateral management. This allows large quantities of collateral objects and receivables agreements to be displayed and managed. With the help of detailed information, all regulatory requirements can be easily met and forwarded to the relevant systems. Clients can customize the entire collateral management process to their own requirements.
With the implementation of SAP CMS, a complete migration of data to CMS is mandatory. In addition to CML, other sources are also possible.
